WILL A RECEIPT BE INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
No. We do not include printed receipts in shipments. You will receive an itemized order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER? We will replace any items that are sold out with an item of equal or greater value than the original item.
HOW DO I WRITE A PERSONAL MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Personal notes and messages to gift recipients can be written in the box provided in the CART (to the left of Subtotal) that says Enclosed Gift Message To Recipient.

HOW DO MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS SHIP?
Our Marketplace is a shop that ships products. Marketplace items are shipped in standard shipping boxes and do not come in our signature gift boxes. If you're looking for gift boxes, all items purchased in CREATE YOUR OWN GIFT BOX and CURATED GIFT BOXES come in our bow-tied Sincerely San Francisco gift boxes with your personal note tucked into the ribbon and optional gift tag.
CAN I SEND A PERSONAL NOTE WITH MARKETPLACE ONLY ORDERS? Yes. Gift notes for Marketplace only orders may be written in the box provided on the CART page (to the left of Subtotal) that says Enclosed Gift Message To Recipient.
WHAT IS THE BASE PRICE FOR A GIFT BOX?
Our mini gift boxes with 1 item start at $13 each -- Mini Gift Box $9 + $4 small item.
CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM VIP GIFT BOX MADE?

CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM GIFT BOX MADE WITH MORE ITEMS THAN ARE ALLOWED?
Yes. If it's 2 or 3 smaller items you can add those additional items to your cart from the marketplace and write a note to Sincerely SF to include the items in the gift box you created. If you would like to include 4 or more additional products in your custom gift box please contact us at orders@sincerelysf.com or (415) 701-8387 and we'll make it happen for you.
