These beans come from Bertil Akesson’s Bejofo Estate in Madagascar. These beans’ have a punchy acidity and are roasted to accentuate the berry notes around that tartness. This bar has notes of ripe strawberry, tart yogurt, and a sweet, peachy finish. All of Dandelion Chocolate's single-origin bars are made with just cocoa beans and sugar, no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla. 20z (56g).
