Feve Artisan Chocolatier, Dark Chocolate Covered Hazelnuts

These chocolate-covered hazelnuts are a perfect balance of salty and sweet, chocolate and hazelnut. The hazelnuts are roasted and then cooked in sugar until each nut is coated individually in caramel; then sprinkled with a pinch of salt to accentuate all those flavors and finished with coating each one in a high quality dark chocolate couverture -- four or five layers per nut!
