Feve Artisan Chocolatier, Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds

These chocolate-covered almonds are a perfect balance of salty and sweet, chocolate and nut. The almonds are roasted and then cooked in sugar until each nut is coated individually in caramel; then sprinkled with a pinch of salt to accentuate all those flavors and finished with coating each one in a high quality dark chocolate couverture -- four or five layers per nut!
