No. We do not include printed receipts of any kind with our gift boxes or shipments. You will receive an email or text order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email or text with tracking information when your order ships. If you need an itemized PDF receipt for your order or custom gift box please contact us and we will email one to you.

No, we do not sell, ship or deliver alcohol or wine at this time.
ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS FROM COMPANIES BASED IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA?
Most of the small businesses we work with are based in the SF Bay Area/Northern California. We do work with a small handful of makers and artists who are not based in Northern California who create beautiful SF themed products and who share our love for San Francisco. They are: Maptote, Well Told Design, The City Works and Girls Can Tell.

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships. You may also contact us at anytime if you have questions about the tracking or delivery of your gift box.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We use carrier calculated shipping for individual orders which uses package weight, dimensions, and addresses to determine accurate shipping prices. In your cart you are able to see shipping prices and you can select the method that best suits your budget and need. For larger orders of 5+ gift boxes we use flat rate shipping, either $10 or $15 depending on the size and weight of the gift boxes.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?
Yes. You can ship your order to a PO Box by selecting USPS as your shipping carrier at check out.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN SF FOR FREE?
Yes. Contact us at email@example.com or call (415) 701-8387 10am-6pm PST Monday - Saturday to arrange for free curbside pick-up.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
We will replace any item that is sold out with a similar item of equal or greater value than the original.

Personal notes to recipients for all orders can be written in the box provided below the subtotal on the cart page or as part of the gift box selection process on the curated and 'create your own' gift box pages.

HOW DO MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS SHIP?
The Marketplace is an online shop for SF goods. The items are shipped in standard shipping boxes. Gift notes may be included with Marketplace orders, you can write your personal note to the recipients in the box provided on the cart page below the subtotal. If you're looking for gifts, all items purchased from our 'create your own' and 'curated' pages come in our signature Sincerely San Francisco gift boxes with an option for you to write a personal note that we will tuck into the bow-tied ribbon on the front of the gift box.
WHAT IS THE BASE PRICE FOR A GIFT BOX?
Our small gift boxes with 1 item starts at around $20.
CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM VIP GIFT BOX MADE?
Yes. Our custom gift boxes go up to $300+. Please contact us at email@example.com or call (415) 701-8387 to get started.
CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM GIFT BOX MADE WITH MORE ITEMS THAN ARE ALLOWED?
Yes. If it's 1 or 2 smaller items you can add those products to your cart from the marketplace and write a note to Sincerely SF in the box provided on the cart page below the subtotal to include the marketplace items in the custom gift box you created. If you would like to include 3 or more additional products in your custom gift box contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (415) 701-8387 and we'll do our best to make it happen.
CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ON A SPECIFIC DATE?
Yes. Let us know what date you would like your order shipped on by writing a note to us in the box provided below the subtotal on the cart page. IF I PLACE A LARGE ORDER FOR MULTIPLE GIFT BOXES CAN I HAVE THEM SHIP TO EACH INDIVIDUAL AT THIER HOME ADDRESS?
Yes. You can place an order for multiple gift boxes (with the same item selection) as part of a single order and we will ship the gift boxes to each individual at their home address. Just send us a spreadsheet with the names and addresses of the recipients. DO YOU TAKE AMEX?
Yes, we take American Express cards.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX FOR MY GIFT BOX?
If you are shipping your gift box to an address in San Francisco you will be charged 8.75% sales tax. If you are shipping your gift box to a resident of California you will be charged the sales tax rate of the city/county of the shipping address. If you are shipping your gift box outside of California you will not be charged sales tax.
