Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds and/or Exchanges:

Exchanges and refunds are only available for perishable items that are damaged upon receipt and/or in the shipping process. Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to): gift cards, dish towels, journals, tote bags and perishable items that are undamaged or have been opened.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items are not returnable.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace perishable items if they are damaged or broken.  If you need a replacement for the same item, please send an email with a picture of the item you received damaged to: SincerelySanFrancisco@gmail.com.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Please email a picture of the damaged items you are requesting a refund for to: SincerelySanFrancisco@gmail.com.

Once your email has been received you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
